Patients More Satisfied Than Ever with Their Care
The shorter stay in hospital has been achieved without sacrificing patient wellbeing or patient satisfaction with treatment.
“The data we analyzed showed there was no increase in the rate of patients being readmitted to hospital for complications following hip or knee replacement surgeries,” ABJHI Project Manager Christina Barr said.
A survey of discharged hip and knee replacement patients found they rated their overall care 8.6 out of 10. Further, 96% rated their care in the top half of the 0-to-10 scale.Share:
